TivaWare download not working?

I am experiencing multiple problems attempting to download the TivaWare release

http://software-dl.ti.com/tiva-c/SW-TM4C/latest/index_FDS.html

When downloading the full release (151 MB), I get anywhere from 6 to 60 MB of it downloaded, and then the browser "finishes" the download early. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE, all the latest versions, I have tried on a different computer, and I have tried on a different internet connection.

When attempting to download the DK-TM4C129X (3 GB), I get the following error page:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Any ideas? Is there a mirror available elsewhere?

Edited to add I just received this error on another attempt to download the Tiva C full release

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.
