using control and delete

well for now i need to use the two press buttons on the eval board as control and delete i am using the keyboard dev hid but it is only allowing me to send a string i want to be able to use the control key and the delete key thanks

basically i want to implement a usb keyboard with this chip do you have an ap note. I know you have one for the msp430 but i would have to get another dev board.

The DK-TM4C129 has an example using the LCD screen as virtual keypad. The TM4C129 has a dedicated keypad controller as part of the HIM Module, that can be used to interface a key matrix and bridge over the USB. However there is no application note or example code yet.

well basically i am controlling keyboard and midi through the HID interface how do you access everything through this interface i need what ever literature or whatever you have

I am not sure what you require. A system diagram of what you plan to implement would rather clear it up.

However I would first ask you to go through the Application Notes and Reference documents on the Tiva Web Page. Though I don't know of anything similar to what you have mentioned would be there but having the system diagram (as requested earlier) would be useful.

check out usb_dev_keyboard.c it allows you to send characters but i need to send modifiers like control and delete but mostly i need control can we work on this problem.
