Hello 448447,
The photo is not visible in your post. To insert a photo or file, you must first click Insert Code, Attach Files and more... at the lower right corner below the text box. This will bring up a menu, click the Insert Media icon, upload the file.
Also, type the markings as you see them in the text box as well.

.
Thanks, I can see it now, but so far, coming up empty for a marking lookup. Is the top of the IC a metal shield? Can you tell how many pins, and is it a BGA mounting? And what is the product this is used in?
Thanks,
~Leonard
I don't know if this is it yet, but check out this DRA71xEVM: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruif1a/spruif1a.pdf < See page 9.
J6 is the project family generic name for Infotainment designs. U60 is the actual IC designation, regardless, it is one of the DRA7xx family of AUTO PROCESSORS as shown in the title block. The DRA7xxx processors are still in PREVIEW mode, not released yet. You can find a PRELIM datasheet on the DRA7xx Product page, such as: http://www.ti.com/product/DRA710 .
Is the picture you provided from one of the DRA7xx Eval Boards, such as: http://www.ti.com/tool/dra71xevm , or is it a different board? If different, what are the markings/designations on the board?
Also, wondering about your inquiry; are you going to be designing a product that uses this DRA7xx Processor, or just curious about what this device happens to be?

~Leonard
