EK-TM4C1294XL: TIVA C LAunchpad connection error

Part Number: EK-TM4C1294XL

i have bought the launchpad recently but till now not able to successfully connect the device . I am getting errors while while building example codes in ccs as following

its sh owing error :

Error connecting to the target:
Unable to communicate with the device. Please check your connection.

Also i tried erasing the flash using LM flash programmer but it showed unable to connect target. Board power led is glowing when i connect the board using usb cable

please help.

    HI,

     You are saying you can never get it to work with a out of box launchpad? Or you already have something loaded into the flash in the past?

     Just wanted to double check with you that you had taken the below two steps.

     1. Did you select TM4C1294XL LaunchPad? Please also make sure you have the latest LM Flash Programmer which is build 1613.

    2. Under Flash Utilities, click the Erase button. See below.

    3. In your Windows Device Manager do you see the below?

    4. Can you try on anther PC and do you see any difference?
