This suggests that this "very basic" ...  "Installation - How To" is:  "NOT effectively publicized or findable!"      

And that's to NO ONE'S advantage - is that not so?      (you surely did not cause/contribute to such misfortune - might you plead for its "fix?")

The downloads page for Tivaware (www.ti.com/.../SW-TM4C) seems to be down. I downloaded and installed CCS today with the TM4C support selected, but it did not install the drivers and libraries successfully. Through another post I found the USB and Peripheral drivers here (software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html). Unfortunately I am still missing "ustdlib". Is something going on with the TI website today? I have noticed a lot of broken links when I have been trying to find these files.

Do you know where I can find "ustdlib"?

Yes, something is wrong with the website. I have already put in a request for that to be resolved.

The word "driver" means a lot of different things to different people in different context.

You probably want to be more specific exactly what you meant by it.

More specifically I have been looking for the TivaWare Peripheral Driver Library, TivaWare USB Library and TivaWare Utilities Library. I found the first two at the above link. I am still looking for the last Utilities Library. I suspect that I may have to wait till the TivaWare downloads page comes back up.

It is not the compiler, but the debugger that makes the difference. You can use the GNU cross compiler with CCS. If you are using a different debugger, you need to check their website (or if you mention the debugger you are using, some other user may be able to help). If they call for the "Stellaris ICDI" driver, then yes, use www.ti.com/.../slac632

Sounds like the OP was looking for some libraries.

Is he really looking for os drivers for his debugger? It would be sad for us to take this long and still unable to ascertain what the dude/dudess is looking for.
