It has a new series of Piccolo (TMS320F2805x) in the list of devices supported by CCS5.2.

Does anyone have any clue about this new series?

    They (finally) officially announced it on Monday November 26.

    They have published the F2805x datasheet, but not the related F2805x Technical Reference manual,

    so the details of how to use the new on-board PGAs, and the new DACs on the Comparators is still extremely sketchy.

    controlSuite 3.1.1 has all of the needed F2805x headers defined, but no examples specific to the F2805x.

    They do have both an Experimenter Kit and a ControlCard for the F2805x (as well as a Motor Control kit

    that contains the F2805x) as "In Stock" on the TI e-Store.

    I entered an order (days ago) for the F2805x controlCard, but it is still stuck in the TI e-Store as "Waiting to ship". 

    Oh well patience is a virtue I guess...
