DRV8305: IC burn when starting to PWM
Part Number: DRV8305
I understand the DRV8305 has operational voltage ranging from 4V to 45 V. For our application, we need a solution that provides operational voltages up to 48V. Would you recommend the DRV8313 instead of the DRV8305?
2) the DRV8305 can be run in 6-PWM, 3-PWM and 1-PWM mode. For the 6-PWM and 3 PWM modes use of microcontroller is optional. Correct?
For 1-PWM mode is an MCU necessary or optional?

I was under the impression that DRV8305 could be run with external PWM signals without necessarily having an MCU. Is that not the case?
Are the intended applications for the DRV8320 and 8353 for pumps?
Would there be a suggested MCU that can be used with DRV83xx series that allows for both communication PWM and Analog input adjustments? Space is a constraint on the PCB. Would need something relatively small.
Also is it possible to request a DRV8305EVM? Would it be thru Andrew Leverette at TI? Please advise.

Yes, I believe he is a Product Marketing Engineer for the DRV83xx series. The web video introducing the DRV8305 or DRV83xx series gives his full name and his colleague. His last name is : Leverette. I may have mis-spelled it.
