Hi All ;
Actually I finished my PCB design and I printed 5 boards working based on DRV8711 to control stepper motor, I tested almost all the functions , and I got very good results with (256 res. , 24 volt , 3 ampere, 300 khz)
for some reasons the 5 boards don't work anymore (because of soldering and desoldering many times, hard testing and etc.).
Then i decided to print 25 board and ordered 25 pieces of DRV8711 from Chinese supplier, no one of them is working !Then I ordered 25 pieces of mouser and also no one is working !
It gives me 24 volt directly and continuously on the terminal of the A+,A-,B+,B- or some of them (terminals of the motor) , I tried many solutions and no way
I took into consideration of the soldering conditions, I changed all the capacitors around the IC and still give me like internal short circuit in the 50 pieces of DRV >>Any support for our team will be very appreciated
there are many videos for our last results but i can not upload all of them
Would you share your schematic to me? If you don’t want to publish it, you can send it to me with an e2e message.

those are the results for two different cases. no problem to order EVM board,but the problem that my boards worked very good before for more than one month. it worked even with the prototypes, then i ordered 50 IC and no one is working !
i tried all these DRVs , is there any problem in the stock of the market ?
