Thanks for considering our power MOSFETs.
Low voltage, low amperage can be somewhat relative , if you can provide me with the voltage of the Motor (typically the FET voltage will be ~2x this), the gate drive voltage on the FET, the current of the motor and the frequency then I can recommend a device.

It is 24 VDC, 2A. Motor speed is 120 RPM

Probably our most appropriate device would be the CSD88539ND, this is a Dual SO-8 60V MOSFET.

The front page shows just the device by itself. Looking for a schem that shows the device connected in a circuit; an app note showing a schem would be ideal, if not just a schem showing it connected and doing something!

Just realized:

I would be using the MC33033 to drive this as there are no 4 phase ready made CONTROLLER designs from TI. (looks like this is the only 4 phase controller design). So, would I need a predriver between the MC33033 AND the MOSFET? Since this would have to be 4 phase, again same problem i.e. no TI PREDRIVER available? How to get out of this impasse?

Note: my issue is still not resolved although it says answered.

I though I already answered this but appears the system did not post, so forgive me if this is a repeat answer you already received.
Although I am not familiar with the MC33033, it says in the datasheet that is is designed to drive power MOSFETs directly, as such there is no need for a pre-driver.
