DRV8847: IDS V/S temperature curves for DRV8847 and DRV8844

HI,

 

 I  need to have the curve of IDS V/S temperature, to know the maximum allowable drain current at different temperatures  for below parts.

 

1.       DRV8847 Dual H-Bridge Motor Driver datasheet (Rev. A) (http://www.ti.com/product/drv8847).

2.       DRV8844 Quad ½-H-Bridge Driver IC datasheet (Rev. D) (http://www.ti.com/product/drv8844)

    Hi Dilip,

    The information you have requested is not directly available.

    There is information in the datasheet that can provide an approximation of the currents at different temperatures.

    Please note the RDSon vs temperature curves, the ThetajA, and the power dissipation calculations in the application section.

    With this information you can approximate the maximum currents. Please note the values will vary based on PCB board design.
