Hi Sir,

We run a 24V BLDC with 1.2A, the function is fine but after 10 min , the pin4 and 11 of IC has burnt trace on the IC.Would you please help to check is anything we could improve it ?

Hi,
Is the chip itself getting too hot or is it just these pins? Is the device shutting down when the pins are burnt?

Hi Sir,

Frankly, I am not sure what happen, the motor is working well in the beginning but after around 10min, The IC has fire and is burned as following picture. We has removed the burn IC and replace new one, the board is work well( only test around 1min). We curious that is it because OTP or OCP doesn't work ?

Also , please help to suggest us if the schematic has problem, thanks you!

Hi,

Can you look at the current in the phases of the motor with oscilloscope current probes to see if there is something wrong with the phase current?
