Hi,

I need to conduct Accelerated life test (ALT) for VFD and need to calculate the life span for the product. for the first time I have to calculate the life time of the product and I am not familiar about ALT.

I request you , please suggest me how to conduct the ALT & resolve this issue. If you have any reference ALT test plan calculators Please share me.

Hello Yasoda,

Our quality page https://www.ti.com/qualificationsummary/qualsumm/home mentions ALT that we do for our ICs http://www.ti.com/support-quality/reliability/reliability-testing.html but it sounds like you are referring to a complete VFD circuit or system. Is that correct and are you referring to a complete circuit like the TIDA-01420 ?
