DRV8825: noissy current on motor phases

Part Number: DRV8825

We have approx 80% on 1000 boards stepper drivers  using your DRV8825 with important noise on the phases current - both phases  - this induce audible noise on our instrument making this undeliverable to our customer.

Power supply is 12Vdc motor current is 0.5A/phase.

As we already mentionned if we cross the chips good one with bad one -  the problem follow the  chip not the board.

Here the link to the video showing one bad chip and a good one populated  in the same type board and driving the same type of  stepper motor.
