Hi Naizeng,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please install the Labview runtime engine version 2014 and see if it works? See the link below.

https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview.html#329059

If the problem continues, please reinstall the GUI and see if the problem is fixed after LabVIEW 2014 is installed. Make sure the current version of Labview that you have is uninstalled before installing the 2014 version.
