DRV8313EVM: Chip burns out after a few minutes.

Hi,

this is currently our laboratory setup.

Perhaps there is a temporary overvvoltage due to the resonant circuits that the chip cannot cope with.

Do you see in principle, a problem with the circuit?

Have you checked nodes OUT1/2/3 with a scope at the pin of the DRV8313?

Hi Adam,

attached the oscilloscope pictures.
500Hz is Out1
1000Hz is Out2
2000Hz is Out3

With Out3 (2000Hz) I found that the voltage is partially negative.

On Out 1 and Out 3, the corresponding frequency to be modulated can be seen as a harmonic frequency.

However, this is not the case with Out 2

I'm not sure our device can operate in this way because it's quite different from the usual output loading and arrangement.
