Considering TI's support of the PandaBoard project based on the OMAP4, is there a plan to make OMAP4 processors available outside the high volume mobile OEM market?

I have diffculty in getting OMAP4 with a small volume (< 100) and would also like to know if the processor chip will be available via distributors in the near future?

Thank for your interest to evaluate and use the OMAP platform for your application.

The OMAP4460 silicon is not directly available for purchase in low volume at this time. However, we do recommend you work with one of the OMAP4 SOM vendors that provide a solution both in low volume and enable product quantities when you are ready.
