How start Android Gingerbread on TI OMAP4 (4430)

I followed : http://www.omappedia.org/wiki/L27.G.2_OMAP4_GingerBread_Release_Notes and when I save bootargs in minicom, it print out :Type 'y' or 'Y' to Save Environment to NOWHERE.. .

why?

 

If I ignore this and run bootcmd :
