OMAP4430 based Pandaboard Audio not working

Hi,
I am using pandaboard OMAP4430 based board. I am using kernel 2.6.35 but the audio support for pandaboard in this release is not available. I switched from 2.6.35 to Kernel 3.x. All audio support and wireless support is available but the problem is HDMI and DVI is not working with kernel 3.x. Can anyone please tell me how can i resolve this audio and hdmi issue?
