Hello Michael,
First let me clarify that enumeration of connector pins. The left side pins of the J2 connector are numbered 1 to 29, these are the odd numbers from 1 to 29; and the right side pins of the connector are the even numbers from 2 to 30, like shown in the picture bellow:
Knowing this, the connection is as follows:
You can connect the clock positive/negative output to either of the LANE0/1/2/3_X/Y pins (see Table 8-148. ISS CSI2_A I/O Description in Section 8.2.5.1.1.1 ISS CSI2 Physical Layer of OMAP5432 TRM).
LANE4_X/Y is used only for input data and CANNOT be used for input clock signals.
OMAP TRM recommends that LANE0/1/2/3/4_X is the positive input & LANE0/1/2/3/4_Y is the negative input, see Table 8-40. ISS I/O Description in Section 8.2.2.1 ISS Interfaces Signal Descriptions of OMAP5432 TRM.

Yordan
Hello Michael,
Could you tell me what sensor are you planning to use, so I can try searching for the datasheed & description of the PWDN?
To my knowledge (also the next statement is confirmed in an App Note of OV I found) the rule is that PWDN should be connected to ground outside of module, if unused.
Otherwise, I think it should be connected to GPIO, because the pwdn function is: "Pull the PWDN pin high to power down the camera module while in power down mode.", but to be sure you should check your sensor data sheet for the description of PWDN.
Best Regards,
Yordan
