Yes, TI can provide these specs (evm schematics, BOM, PCB), but those are under NDA and cannot be shared publicly.
You should contact your local sales representative/FAE, and they can provide the documents you need.
Publicly available documentation is OMAP5432 Data Manual, TRM, Silicon Errata and OMAP5432 uEVM System Reference Manual (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swcu130/swcu130.pdf).

I can study the data manuals of OMAP5432 but design files are added advantage for learning.
