My Win8 PC can not find the OMAP5 uEVM

Hi,

I have opened the developer options of the OMAP5 uEVM, but my Win8 PC can not find the board. Shall I install some drivers for the board?

    Hello Shuhua,

    You can use TeraTerm, as your debug terminal: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/OMAP5_GLSDK_Software_Developers_Guide#Setting_up_Tera_Term

    But in order to start your development on your OMAP5 uEVM, you need to instal Ubuntu 12.04 virtual machine on your PC. Otherwise you cannot cross-compile neither Android, nor Linux for your board.

    Thanks very much!

    I reflashed the OMAP5432 uEVM, and my win8 PC found the board, and I can use adb tool to install applications.
