I`m looking for a waveform generator IC, which I can simply set the waveform(sine, square, triangle), frequency, amplitude, then the IC can generate the waveform what I set.
If it`s a multi-channel IC, I hope the difference of phases of outputs can be set, too.
Could you give some suggestions?

ICL8038 or XR2206 would suit your requirement, but both are obsolete now!
What frequencies and phases do you want to generate ? peak amplitude ?

I'd like to generate the waveform with frequency of 100 to 400Hz, the peak amplitude is +5V to -5V, which Vpp is 10V.
I think that`s a reachable spec.
I was told the I should use the high speed DAC to implement it.
But I won`t want to generate the voltage point by point.

How do you wish to control the frequency ? It seems a VCO circuit will suit your requirement.
(voltage controlled oscillator ) Some wave shaping will be required for sine wave output.
