Information about SN94902A IC?

I have a circuit which is not working properly.

It's main IC is this SN94902A made by TI. To understand how it works, find and solve the problem, I need to know what function has this IC, what is its pinout and any other relevant information.



But, I cannot find anywhere any information about it. I've contacted TI's support center but they couldn't help me.

Does anyone know anything about this IC??

Bellow is an image of it, if it helps in any way.

    This is a custom device number. I know it is now obsolete, but I do not have any information about its function.
