1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)

 2. Typical Power, (Pd typ)

3. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)

4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)

5. Weight

    Jayakumara,

    1 The recommended maximum junction temperature is 105°C for long term reliability. The absolute maximum junction temperature is 150°C.
    2 Pd = 10V * cathode current
    3 Tjb = 53.3C/W
    4 Tjc = 98.2C/W
    5 18.2mg
