For the TS3A225E chip, the mic_n is fed into the MIC_REF or HP_REF (not sure which one is correct) input of a codec.
Just wondering how the codec is able to improve the crosstalk performance by 10-15dB.

My codec has both P&N mic input. And it also has a pin called "headphone reference ground". should i connect the mic_n from the switch to the negative terminal of the mic_in of the codec? or the "headphone reference ground" as suggested on the datasheet?
