REF5050 EMI

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF5050

Hello,

Our customer use the REF5050.

The customer estimate the REF5050 on the EMI test with 433MHz radio frequency.

The result is no good. The output voltage change from 5V to 2V.

The condition of the Customer's setting as follows.

----------------------------------------------------

Vin: 15V 0.1uF+1uF

Vout: 0.1uF+10uF

TEMP:NC

TRIM/NR:NC

-----------------------------------------------------

The customer tried to insert the ferrite beads at VCC.

When inserting  beads between VCC pin and bypass capacitor, it  is good result.

But that condition keep the bypass capacitor away from VCC terminal.

When inserting  beads at outside of the bypass capacitor, it is no effect on EMI.

Do you have any idea?

Best Regards,
