My customer decap a system and find a TI device with marking of the VP11xx.. as enclosure. Can you help to dig out what exact part number is?

According to the Part Marking Lookup on ti.com, a VP11 is a :
SN65HVD11D VP11 D | 8 ACTIVE 3.3V Differential Transceiver
SN65HVD11DG4 VP11 D | 8 ACTIVE 3.3V Differential Transceiver
SN65HVD11DR VP11 D | 8 ACTIVE 3.3V Differential Transceiver

The device you show is an SOIC 8, which matches the D 8 package.
