I'm trying to find a Dual Schmitt-Trigger Inverter with larger input hysteresis, the hysteresis need to be larger than SN74LVC2G14, the Aux VCC is 5V, please commend, thanks.

Hi Jing,

That is the only dual inverter with S.T. inputs that can accept 5V Vcc. However, I found some hex inverters with S.T. inputs that have larger hysteresis like the SN74HC14.

Thanks for the information.
But the it looks the hysteresis min value is quite low, I want to get larger hysteresis, the Min hysteresis is also need to be larger.

Hi Jing,

In that case the device you've already selected will be your best bet. We typically keep the hysteresis small for our devices. You may have better luck looking at TI's analog comparator devices to have larger hysteresis.
