DRV2605L-Q1: ERM and LRA automotive qualified

Hi all,

my customer ha selected the DRV2605L-Q1 in automotive application. Since it is the first time he works wiht haptic he is new about ERM and LRA automotive qualified.

Can you suggest any manufacturer that produces LRA and/or ERM automotive qualified ?

Hi Domenico,

It may be difficult to find an automotive qualified LRA because typical LRAs use liquid lubrication that will be subject to temperature changes. KoTL offers some encapsulated ERMs like the Z7AL2H1692082 that may meet automotive qualification standards. You should reach out to the motor vendors listed on our haptics page to find more information about automotive LRAs and ERMs.
