Hey Takao,

You can drive as many piezos parallel as you wish, you just need to keep one thing in mind; adding more piezos together you will increase total capacitance of the load.

By increasing load capacitance, you will influence the largest frequency/voltage the device can run at (see graphs).

By the way, what is the above figure?

I cannot find them at DRV2667 data sheet.

Hey Takao-san,

That is a figure from the DRV2700 data sheet. Since devices are almost the same, you can check either of the data sheets in search for an answer. And since DRV2700 is a newer device, it has better figures in its data sheet.
