DRV2605LEVM-CT: How to control Haptics Control Console

Hi,

I'm using DRV2605L-CT EVM and USB2ANY to use "Haptics Control console".

At first, I set DRV2605L-CT EVM according to following section of user's guide.

* 4.6 External I2C Input

I confirmed that "Active" LED was turned on, but I could not connect PC to EVM.

Could you please tell me how to operate "Haptics Control Console" by using USB2ANY ?

Hey Machida,

My colleague is in vacation till tomorrow and he has those EVMs with him, tomorrow I will try it out and let you know where the possible problems might occur when connecting this board.

Hi Machida-san,

First you need to mofidied the firmware of the USB2ANY. I will send you instructions via email. Then follow these steps.

Plug in DRV2605L. Hold + button (LEDs flash). Hold + button again (LEDs flash)

Plug in USB2ANY and connect GND/SCL/SDA.

Hit connect on Haptics control console.
