DRV2700EVM-HV500: Cannot connect with console

Hi Kelly,
I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro on VMWare (virtual machine) right now. I tried to install the console on Windows 10 Pro running dedicated on Boot Camp, but it said the file wasn't recognized. Any tips? I have an old PC laptop with Window 7 I believe, I could try that one as well if you think it will help.

My coworker just found that the files needed a .zip extension for windows 10 and now I'm able to install the files. Before I take more of you time let me see if swapping to dedicated hardware fixes the issue.

Glad you found the issue. There are some odd compatibility issues with Windows 8 and 10. We currently say we only support Windows 7 until we can guarantee support for Windows 8/10.
