We are looking for an amplifier to drive piezoelectric actuators for new application.
Currently, we are using your “Piezo Eval Kit DRV2700EVM” and your “Piezo Eval Kit DRV2700EVM-HV500”. They work perfectly for our current application (output voltages around 200V/300V – PWM frequency of 300Hz – Output capacitive load around 10-15nF).
But for a new application, we need to strongly increase the PWM frequency to about 70KHz, and it seems that the DRV2700 can not support such a high frequency…
In your opinion, which solution would be best suited to our needs? Does it exist any new component which can achieve these specifications (like the DRV2700 chip but with higher input/output frequencies)?
