Hi,

I am studying the internal structure of DRV 2667, and i found this circuit : Short circuit protection,

however, there is no specification or reference in the datasheet of DRV2667,

I want to know a reference or a specification,

You can find reference to short circuit protection in data sheet section 7.3.11.2.

Short circuit events produce overcurrent, so the overcurrent protection is the one enabled when short circuit happens.

If you will create a short circuit at the output of the device the amount of current that triggers the protection won't matter that much. However the device would be able to output around 50mA.

I know it's differential protection, but I want a TI chip that has the same role or behavior.
I want a reference.

Is my understanding correct that you want a separate IC (not DRV2667) that only performs overcurrent protection? If that's the case you could take a look at our portfolio from Isolation or Interface, and if there is no device that does what you're looking for, you should contact your local sales representative for more details on TI products.
