LM48560: Frequency response of LM48560 when using low capacitance load

Hello All,

I have a question regarding frequency response of LM48560.

In this time, I would like to know frequency response when I use 750pF capacitance load. Unfortunately data of using low capacitance load is not on datasheet.

So could you provide me this data of frequency response in this case?

Hi Kazuki,

The device should be able to drive a full scale signal to higher frequency with that small of a capacitive load. However, this device is designed for audio, so the frequency response will still be below the 20kHz level. I will need some more time to take this data in the lab.

Hello Kelly,

In our case, We need to support 40kHz. This is because, I would like to use this product for High-Resolution Audio product.
My understanding is that This product could not drive a full scale signal at 40kHz even if I use light load(e.g. 300pF). Is this understanding is correct?

Hi Kazuki,

Correct, this will not support >20kHz audio.
