AFE5808 Phase variation

Hi,

I am looking for a high channel ADC and started looking into the AFE5808.

I noticed that the data sheet mentions a channel to channel Phase variation of 11 degree for a 15MHz signal. Looking into other ADCs, I do not see this this parameter at all.

Since my application relies on the precise acquisition of the data, I was wondering what causes this (high) variation.

Thank you for your help,

ND

    Hi ND,

The AFE5808 includes both an ADC and a 54 dB amplifier. The phase variation is from the amplifier mainly.

If you are looking for a standard alone ADC, please leave your email and I can send you a 8CH ADC datasheet.

    Thanks!

    Xiaochen
