I've looked through the reference design and I got confused about the ±50V part.
The flyback switch power design used a transform named T2, and in the last page of the reference document, there are some information about T2. Though it mentioned number of turns, wire thickness，etc, but there is no information about the magnetic core size.
So how do I choice the magnetic core size?
