What maximum voltage at RREF pin - input of the bandgap reference block? If reference resistor is 50k for example?

Hi Roman,
The RREF pin is an output (not input) and should not be used as an output. With 50k tied to ground, you'd have Is= 1mA.

I know that its output. I want to change this current in full system - for analyze changes. And connect digital potentiometer to this pin, for example AD5274. I need to know maximum voltage at this pin, becouse its important for potentiometer.

Hi Roman,
The RREF pin is a bandgap voltage, about 1.2V. Let’s say max is 1.5V.
