I believe that this EVM is obsoleted, so support for it is limited. I've contacted the applications engineer again.

Thanks. Because almost same situation on my board too. some voltages are short with GND now.

I knew that lm96551 is after version of lm96550.

So can I replace the lm96550 to lm96551 in SDK-TX-V2/NOPB??

Because lm96550 is discontinued product. thank you.

Technically, the TX-SDK-V2 can be used for the LM96551 too as long as one doesn't apply any voltages to VPF and VNF pins.
For the LM96551, the floating supplies are generated internally.

It seems like the device is damaged.
The power supply sequencing in the User Guide should be followed strictly to avoid damaging the part.
