Would need to know what TMP124 consumption in active mode, and the SPI bus turn on and off
We don't have any data to share with you currently. I will have to connect this in the lab and test for you.
The current consumption is going to depend heavily on two things:
1.) How often are you reading from the TMP124?2.) What is the SPI clock frequency?
So I make sure I take data that is meaningful to you, please inform me of the conditions above that you are interested in. My equipment is setup to run at +3.3V so unless you object that is the supply voltage I plan to use for the test.

The TMP124 I read every 1 sec approx. SPI frequency is 250 KHz or 400KHz. The power is 3 batteries of Li and 3.3 V regulator (REG1117A-3.3) This will need to determine an average consumption when this active and reading and when in standby, no shutdown. To calculate the measurement time maximums of TMP124, without taking regulatory considering battery power. Thank you very much EduardoBan
I was able to perform the testing on the TMP124 today. Please note that these tests were only performed on one unit and the results across all units will vary, but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.
I setup the SPI sequence to be as continuous as possible (little delay between /CS periods). Although this is not a realistic form of operation, I needed to do it to be sure that I wasn't reading an averaged current with the part in standby-mode part of the time and in SPI-operation part of the time.
Measured Currents:Standby - 53uA250kHz SPI - 75uA400kHz SPI - 87uAPlease find an image of the 250kHz reads below:
