TMP104 Temp error vs. temp chart

Hi, 

I am looking for TMP104 Temp error graph versus operation temp.

I found this on the datasheet but It only shows -40 to 125 degree

I need extended chart in operating temp. range which is -55/150 degree

    Hello Khai,

    Operating temperature range for TMP104 is –40°C to +125°C whereas –55 to +150 °C is the temperatures for absolute max rating temperature range. Which means at  this range the past will still respond but our data sheet will not guarantee any error/accuracy numbers. Hence the reason why the data is not provided in the data sheet. We do not recommend customers to use our parts beyond the operating temperature range even if the application demands it.
