    Hi Eli,

    The circuit you sent looks good.  Please make sure to have pull up resistors (10k) on the SDA and SCL lines.  To achieve the best performance when using a remote junction temperature sensor there are a few best practices that are recommended:

    The noise from the power supply should be kept low

    Leakage path at the diode should be kept high (refer to figure 3 in the data sheet)

    Parasitic capacitive coupling between DXP and DXN should be minimized

    Noise pick up from other components (ie clocks, switching power supplies, etc) into DXP and DXN should be minimized
