TMP006 optical filter

Does TMP006 have the optical filter (example cut off visible light) on the sensor surface.

Hi,

The thermopile does not respond to visible light so no optical filter is needed.

The thermopile only responds to IR radiation from about 4um to 16um. (MW to LW IR).
