I got 2 questions from customer. My cusomer is now using capcitive Humid/Temp sensor by another manufacturer.
1) Is there any restrictions of ambient conditions? (i.e. no purge N2)
2) Do HDC1000 need idling time just after reflow?

Hi Keiichi,
Our HDC team will be contacting you shortly.

Hi Keiichi,
we do not suggest to store the devices in dry environmnet. N2 purge is not suggested.
After the reflow the part will take some time to recovery (just keep the parts at ambient conditions). It does not mean that the part does not work, but it means that the reading of the RH will be affected by temporary shift. The shift disappears as the part recovers.

Domenico
