Hello,
We are using the TSC2046 in one of our devices as a touch controller, and it's working fine in that regard. We are also utilizing the battery measurement feature, directly measuring the single cell LI-ion battery that powers the device. However, in about 1 in 20 devices, after extended usage, the battery measurement seems to fail somehow, and it always returns 0 until we replace the TSC2046 with a new IC. The touchscreen measurements keep working fine in the affected devices.
Do you have any idea on what could be the problem, and how to solve it?
