ADS7845 5-Wire Touch Controller+

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS7845

I am currently working with the ADS7845 5-Wire Touch Controller and I have a questions regarding the functionality of the device.

When I send the following command, 0xE0 (A2 = 1 A1 = 1 and A0 = 0), which indicates that drivers are off, differential mode, and after conversion it enters a power down state. During this state where , it says DOUT is interrupt. PG. 6 of data sheet.  Does this mean no conversion takes place and dout is just kept high when screen is pressed? What should dout do when screen is not pressed?  Please Advise.
