Is there any resistance range limitation of touch panel in order to work TSC2013 correctly?

No, there are no requirements on the sheet resistance. However, we do recommend 4-wire resistive touch screens with low activation force (from center area down to 0.1 to 0.3 N) to enable smooth dual-touch operation.
