temperature sensor output has error
Our customer is evaluating this device. They have concern about temperature sensor output.
Sensor output has error in constant temperature plase, the maximum deviation is ± 9 °C.
Temp sampling is performed every second, it is four times in a row.
Diviation has not regularity, it is random time.
Question;
- What is sensitive to the impact to Vf of internal Temp-Diode-Sensor? Clock noise?
- Do you have the same case? and, Do you know the cause?
