Hi,

We are looking for a buck regulator with Remote sense and I2C\SMBUS features. Input voltage range 5 to 20V, Ouput voltage range 0.5V to 5V and current is>10A
If you have any parts, please suggest.

Regards,

srinivasarao.

  • Hello,
to find the part that fits well your application, I suggest putting your parameters here: www.ti.com/.../overview.html

    Thanks and best regards,

    sreenivasarao,

You may want to consider TPS546C23.  It has both PMBus and differential remote sense.  The limitation is that it is 18 V max input, not 20 V.

Would that possible work for you?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

We need current more than 10A for different voltage 1.8V,1.5V,2.5V and 3.3V with Remote sense and SMBUS\I2C features are mandatory.

cost also very important, the suggest part is 35A. Eventually , we don't required this amount of current.

    srinivasrao.

The Above link is not working. Please suggest.

    Hello,
I checked, and the link seems working. I can send it again: www.ti.com/.../overview.html
You can insert the desired value in Power quick search.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Alfonso

    Alfonso,

Some further research reveals we do have a 20 A option, TPS554B20. Let me know if that would work.

Will I get for 5A range regulators in TPS554B20 series
  • In reply to sreenivasarao dasari:

    Sreenivasarao,

The lowest current option is 10 A. However, it is a custom device. We would need to know about your end equipment application and business case. You can contact me directly at j(dash)tucker(at)ti(dot)com
