HI Sir 

May I know TPS65150 can support VGH=22V when AVDD is 8.2V ? 

I saw below figure need to use AVDD 8.8V at least

    Hello Kai Hsiao,

    The total headroom for the double stage charge pump is mostly dependent of the diodes you are using. The output current is below 1 mA, so if you will use high-current diodes (preferably shottky) which makes sure that the voltage drop will be ~0.2-0.3 V I think you will have a good chance to get 22 V.
    But this needs to be verified on the application. Please use the equations that the application note provides.
